The back of the movie theatre is a favourite place for a vampire to hunt some quiet, easy blood.
It was, therefore, a natural place for the Slayer to pass an evening, when the cemeteries were quiet. She and her Watcher would buy tickets, stake any vampires, and then settle down to watch the remaining hour of the movie feeling happy that they’d done their job.
Wesley hated to feel that their relationship, their need for time together, might interfere with work, but even he didn’t object to an evening at the movies. It was one of the few perks.
